RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

Our first Mason Ale Works location opened in 2015 in our Oceanside URGE location and is our Research and Development department of Mason Ale Works. Here Benjamin "Shaggy" Blaney, our R&D Brewer crafts unique one-off releases and experimental brews. Our Oceanside Location produces draft only releases such as "Great Tim Hortons Ghost" a Modern Times Collaboration, and "Cyclops" A Strawberry Pale Ale brewed with 300 pounds of local strawberries. This location also produces some of our more highly anticipated Snale Works products, including "Second Son" Barrel Aged Barleywine/ Stout blend, "Eloise Woods" our Barrel Aged Brett IPA and many more...

Brewery tours are available by appointment.

PRODUCTION BREWERY

Our second Mason Ale Works location opened in 2017 in our San Marcos URGE Location is our Production Facility department of Mason Ale Works. Here Matt Webster our Director of Brewing Operations helms the wheel of our largest facility to date. All can releases such as our popular Jambi West Coast IPA, and Respeto Mexican Lager are brewed and canned at this facility.  Several of our more popular draft only releases are also brewed such as "Jackie" our white Russian Inspired Cream Ale, and "Gunnar Noir" our Black Rye IPA.  Our Production Facility produces almost 5,000 barrels of beer and services several states and 2 international countries with many more coming soon.
